Data Processing Module

1 min read

The Data Processing module answers one question: how is the data used? It describes the data flux between columns, whether inside the same database or across different databases of the same workspace.

Two types of processes exist: data processing and data flow. The module is created automatically as soon as a Project or an Organization is created.

It's easily identifiable thanks to this icon:

What does a process link?

A process links:

  • 1 to n property/columns to 1 to n data processing
  • 1 data processing to 0 to n target property/columns

What can you define on a process?

For each process, you can manage a definition made of:

  • Name (mandatory)
  • Description
  • Ownership
  • Custom attributes

Which resources are not yet migrated?

These resources describe how to use the module and have not been migrated to this Notion knowledge base yet: Manage data processing operations, Mapping: input and output elements, Import data processing from a CSV file.
