These products combine technical resources and metadata, governance and business alignment, making data easy to use and scalable across all domains.

How to access the Products module
The module is optional - contact your account manager to activate it. Once activated, it can only be accessed by administrators. You can modify access rights using the user access rights management tool (not yet migrated to this Notion knowledge base).
It can be found in the main menu.
What objects can you manage?
The DataGalaxy Products module allows you to manage several types of objects:
Each object is defined by:
- Its name (mandatory - determines the uniqueness of properties in DataGalaxy)
- Its description
- Who is responsible for it
- Any attribute relevant to your context of use. The customer area administrator can create custom attributes.
