You sign in to DataGalaxy from a browser, with a username and a password. How that account is managed depends on your organization.
Whichever applies, the DataGalaxy platform and all associated data are hosted on the Azure cloud in Germany and France.
How is your account managed?
- Access managed by DataGalaxy: in most cases, authentication is provided by DataGalaxy. The login ID is your email address and your initial password is sent to you by email.
- Access managed by your teams (SAML protocol): your organization can set up a connection associated with an authentication managed by its IT department. In this case, your username and password are those managed by your IT team. To learn more about SSO, see Choose Where to Start with SSO.
How to sign in
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Connect me.
