You have set up screens in the client space and you don't find the same configuration in the workspace? This is an inconsistency in the inheritance logic of screen customization between the client space and the workspace levels.
Why the two levels can differ
As a client space administrator, you can customize the screens of all the objects in each module. Customization at this level has an impact on all available workspaces.
On the other hand, workspace-level administrators can also customize their screens to fit a particular project, and customization at this level has no impact on other workspaces.
Customization at the client space level is therefore a default customization that can only be modified at the workspace level. It is possible to have inconsistencies if the settings at the workspace level are not relevant.
How to realign the two levels
- Check the customization of the screens both in the client space and in the workspace.
- Reset the configuration of the workspace screens to return to the initial configuration, that is, the client space configuration. For details on how to reset the screens, see Reinitiate Screen Configuration for a Specific Workspace.
