DataGalaxy is available in English and French. The language you choose applies to the whole application — the clientspace and all workspaces.
The online help has its own language settings, covered separately below.
How to change the platform language
- Click your icon at the top right of the screen to open your profile.
- Click your name in the drop-down menu.
- Select the Preferences tab.
- Scroll down to the Language section and choose the language you want.
How to change the language of the online help panel
The language of the online help panel follows your browser's language, so change your browser's language to change the panel.
To open the panel:
- Click your icon at the top right of the screen to open your profile.
- Click Online Help in the drop-down menu. The online help panel opens.
How to change the language of the help portal
The online help is accessible from DataGalaxy in French and English versions. The language of your browser when you first connect determines which version is displayed by default.
- Open the online help panel in the platform, as described above.
- Open any article in the Knowledge center panel, then click the open-in-new-tab icon next to its title. The portal opens in a new tab.
- Choose the language you want from the dropdown menu in the portal header.
