The Activity log lets you track user activity on objects in detail, across the platform's modules. It is accessible from the client space's administration interface as well as from object sheets.
What the Activity Log is for
To meet the need for tracking user activity, we're expanding the Activity Log, which lets you view, in chronological order, every action performed by users on workspace objects. Every action is precisely traced, whether for security purposes (detecting suspicious behavior, object deletions, sensitive data changes), audit purposes (full traceability of changes to meet compliance requirements), or debugging purposes (quickly identifying the source of a change or an anomaly).
The goal is to give administrators and users full transparency into platform activity, letting them react quickly to potential threats, meet audit requirements, and efficiently diagnose unexpected behavior.
How to access the Activity Log
From the client-space administration
To track detailed activity for all users across all spaces, you need to be a client-space administrator. To check whether you have these rights, go to your profile and open the dropdown menu — an Administration option should appear. If it doesn't, you're not an administrator.

To open the Activity Log screen, a client-space administrator must:
- Click the icon in the top right of the screen.
- Select Administration from the dropdown.
- Go to the Activity log section.

Once in the Activity Log, you get a chronological, exhaustive view of every action performed by users on objects across every workspace you have access to, along with complete, precise traceability of all activity.
You can also filter activity by:
- Workspace and version
- Event type (see the full list at the end of this article)
- The user who performed the action
- The date the action was performed
- The object in question

From an object's sheet
To track an object's detailed activity, any user with access to that object can view its activity log directly from the object's sheet.
To open it:
- Open the object's sheet.
- Click the Activity Log icon in the top right.

Once in an object's Activity Log, you get a chronological view of every action performed by users on that object, giving you complete traceability of its history.
You can also filter activity by:
- Event type (see the full list at the end of this article)
- The user who performed the action
- The date the action was performed
